The King of the South-Pacific island nation of Utopia, has sent his daughter to England so she may be schooled in all things English. She returns to Utopia with the British "Flowers of Progress," who convince the Utopians to embrace capitalism, even incorporating the kingdom itself as Utopia "Limited." What happens when the Utopians out-English the English?
